Many.: If in the small intestine, sulfasalazine. Colon: pentasa, proctofoam. Azothioprine, cyclosporine, the antibiotics ciprofloxine with or without metronidazole. Any finally most of the tnf-alpha inhibitors. Remicade, humira, cimzia, (certolizumab pegol) etc. I did not mention prednisone, or a poorly absorbed GI oral steroid.
