Don't worry: I presume that these tests were done because of recurrent sinus or lung infections. Ig g is a measurement of the major antibody type which is involved in fighting against infections. If the total is normal but the igg3 is low, it has little meaning. But if your total igg1 is low, then this may be of concern.
