What might be indicated by high RBC (15.3)/Hgb (16) Ferratin; normal WBC, platelets, Hct; highish TIBC(370) and UIBC (300) lowish serum iron (75).
My Hgb is 10+ (12-18), but serum iron is 3 (9-27). I experience extreme fatigue and dehydration, especially with menses. Is this serious? Thanks!
