See immunlogist: The low igg3 and igg4 in and of themselves may not mean much if your igg1 is normal. The fact that you also have low igm suggests that there may be an immune disorder. The high serum amyloid a likely signifies inflammation in your case. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.../10608507.
