Whats the difference between abs neutrophil and auto neutrophil mine was 34% on auto and 3.19 on abs? referred to hemotoligist?

On a total WBC: Of 9.6 with a 34% neutrophil differential you would have an absolute count of 3.2. A 34% is slightly low, but of no consequence with a perfectly normal absolute count. Maybe just a conservative recommendation to get a formal heme opinion.

WBC from 11.1 - 13 for 2 years, high neutrophils. No sign of infection. Anemic since young. Visit hematologist every 6 months for monitoring of WBC.
