Soft, puffy lump: Could be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor), or an enlarged lymph node. Its unlikey related to crohn's but there have been case reports of lymphoma with the use of imuran (azathioprine). Contact your family doc for a physical exam as it may require biopsy.

You need to see PCP: Please go see your pcp. It may be nothing at all alarming, but i would want to know if this is a lymphoma, which is more common in patients on imuran (azathioprine).
