Hard to say: Crohns or inflammatory bowel disease can cause arthritis in the pelvis or sacroiliac region. Because this is an autoimmune illness this is probably why you are on Imuran (azathioprine). Imuran (azathioprine) can also cause muscle aches as well. Please see your doctor for more answers. Good luck.
