In nov my anti-cardiolipin IgM 133u/ml in feb it was 82u/ml. My ANA and celiac screen has come back negative but IgA 4.86g/l CRP 12.86, mchc 310g/l.
Rhumatoid Factor IGA came back positive 52 (ref 0-20) where as RF IGM 3 (ref 0-20) and RF IGG 6 (ref 0-20) is negative . No rhumetologic symptoms but test performed as part of Ulcerative colitis blood work up. why RF IGA is positive? CRP, ESr all Ok?

Hema repeated bloodwork after monoclonal IGA lambda found. In one month, m-protein went from 8.5 g/l to 11.4. Is this jump significant? Other values remain out of range with IGA high & IGG, IGM low. Low gamma as well. CBC values ok and no BenceJones?
