Bilirubin: Have them check liver enzymes, left side is pancreas but sometimes can obstruct liver.

Scleral icterus: If your eyes are truly icteric (yellow in color from jaundice), than you may have liver problems that would need to be diagnosed and treated. Make sure you follow-up with your dr. And alert them to your eye color change to yellow, so they can do the appropriate testing. Good luck.
