Chilli allergy?: If this only happens when you eat chilli, and every time you eat chilli, then it appears you are having a reaction to one of the ingredients. You could try changing the recipe, or just don't eat the chilli.

Chili and allergy: Yes this could be a reaction to the chili or any of its ingredients. This could be serious or life threatening. Do not even touch chili from now on. Be very careful as the next exposure may be much worse then the previous ones. You should see an allergist, to discover the cause, see about getting an epi pen used for emergency treatment.
