Can implantation bleeding carry an old miscarriage tissue?

No: Implantation bleeding is a very loosely used term but it actually refers to bleeding that can occur around the time an embryo implants into the uterine lining. It is generally light and brief bleeding that does not contain tissue. It there is tissue, this is more likely a normal period or miscarriage.
