Hi, i have to many platelets in my legs and i'm also anemic the doctor said to take baby asprin and i'm also taking iron is it ok to take both pills ?

See hematologist : See hematologist first to evaluate why your platelets are high. 1 baby Aspirin per day is unlikely to hurt you, but increase your menstrual bleed. I would first recommend finding causes for your anemia and elevated platelets.
