Cholesterol diet: It sounds like you are eating well. Are you exercising? Non-smoker? How's your blood glucose, bmi? What is your hdl, "non-hdl cholesterol"? Family history of heart disease? It would be important to focus on overall cardiac risk, not just cholesterol. There are some things you can't control (eg. Genetics). Statins are cheap, and proven to save lives. Don't be afraid of them.
