Suicidal ideation: Is very serious, please get help as soon as possible, speak to a trusted friend or family member or call a suicide hotline if available in your area, if none of these options are available and you fear you may hurt yourself go to the emergency room or call 911 or the equivalent. Have a friend or relative drive you or call 911 for emergency services for transport. Depression?: Recurrent thoughts involving suicide is extremely concerning. You must immediately reach out this to a trusting friend and/or relative. Your doctor should have listened to you and provided some direction. Contact your local emergency department and talk to a nurse they will help. The emergency department will provide names of mental health specialist. Do this asap. There is help available.

Suicidal thoughts: It was very brave of you to speak with your doctor about your thoughts of suicide, and it was a major failure on the part of your doctor not to give your his full attention and concern . You must get another doctor for sure. You deserve a complete focus on you as a person with human problems and in need of human professional help. Do not give up. There is help for you.
