My period won't stop, it started normal, but after day 6 it's just bright red spotting and on day 11th it's still going.i have gp appointment in two days but i am scared, does this mean cancer? how can i stop it naturally? it won't stop, it scares me?

Any abnormal or unexplained vaginal bleeding should be professionally evaluated; you are doing the right thing by seeing your doctor. There are many possible causes, usually not cancer. If bleeding is so heavy you are getting weak, light-headed, etc, get seen immediately. Otherwise it is safe to wait another two days. There is no safe way to stop the bleeding yourself: do not try.
