Brown discharge?: It might not be a bad idea to see your doctor just to examine you and get a more detailed menstrual history. From there, the cause of your symptoms may come to light. It is possible that you have clotting of blood in the cervix, blocking the normal menstrual flow. Brown discharge often means that you have retained within the uterus. Often these pass on their own. Go now if pain, fever, etc.
