See comment: You most lilely have epididymitis ... Use a scrotal support, of jocky short(put a washcloth under scryum, stay off feet if possible for few days.If not allergic you can use ibuprofen, but better consult the doctor who requested the tests on you.

For about 7 months, I have had an aching feeling in my testicles, lower back and groin/lower abdomen that comes and goes. Surgeon said it was not a hernia and suggested a strain. It's not painful.
3 days ago, I strained hard from constipation. Now I have random, light aches in my testicles/groin. Only symptom. Otherwise 100% feel normal.
