Any advantage of eating 4 large oranges as opposed to 1 in terms of the daily vitamin requirement?

Most definitely: Experts advise 5-13 servings of fruits ; vegetables each day based on caloric intake. They not only have beneficial vitamins ; minerals but many other phytonutrients ; fiber. This is a case where more is definitely better- but even better would be including other fruits like berries ; apples ; pomegrantes, preferably organic.
