See a doctor ASAP: If you have frost bite and the skin is black then you have a high chance of gangrene with risk of losing your feet.

Black = Dead: When frostbite turns black the skin has died. When dry this is termed dry gangrene. This puts you at increased risk for infection (wet gangrene) and even death. You should seek medical care now.
