See your doctor: Pigmented skin lesion should be evaluated by your physician. If they have changed in size or color, you may need to have them biopsied.

A number of possible: It could be dead skin and underlying tissue from a pressure spot or even malignant melanoma. Have it checked and possibly biopsied by a podiatrist. Soon!
