On the bottom of my foot there is a perfect thin oval shaped row of bumps/bites and more bites around them i have no idea what it is i tryed google but didn't seem to find it?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.You may watch and wait. If the "bumps" double in size, ulcerate, bleed, your lose weight, develop fever, or bumps develop in other parts, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
