I have a round black spot on bottom of my foot. it is about 3 weeks old. should i be worried?

Will it stay or go.: Spots, appearing on one's skin are inevitable, and one should expect their appearance as one ages. Some appear slowly over time and other seemingly rapid. They come in various sizes, shapes, colors and varying degrees of pain. The problem is that all these variables in the description, leads to confusion as to how they should be treated. The best resolution is to have a dermatologist be involved.
