See below: theres no magic answer to your question First, for diet - you need to eat healthy cut out the bad stuff that you eat and excess carbs Second for workout - start with an activity that you enjoy and do it every other day then progress to about five days a week maybe you can reward youself dietwise with a special treat after a good workout
