Get an exam : If it's not related to any infected tooth near by, then it might need to be biopsied to determine its nature , to rule out any cancer tissues, either way you need to see a dentist to have it examined.

Little white circle : Most small white lesions in the mouth self-heal. Examine the lesion daily. If not totally gone within 14 days, see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for an examination and biopsy. If you are worried, don't wait, see your Dentist now for evaluation.
