Exam needed: If these are painless they are most likely harmless bony growths of the lower jaw or fibrous accumulations from prior irritation. However, to be sure you would have to have a dentist or oral surgeon examine them.

Mucocele?: Probably benign, but any lesion lasting more than two weeks should be investigated. You're 25. Have you been examined by a Dentist since age 17? If not, you are negligently overdue. If so, did you point the lump(s) out to the Dentist? Please see a General Dentist, specialist Oral Surgeon, specialist Periodontist, or a specialist in Oral Medicine or Oral Pathology.
