I have some small white dots in left lower gum near back tooths. it hurts a bit if touch also it feels inflamated.

Vague: Is it the tooth, the gum tissue or both that hurt to touch? Also, is the tooth temperature sensitive or to biting down. It could be a gum infection, but hard to tell. I would see a dentist asap to make sure there is no infection or that nothing is lodged in the gum between the tooth and gingival tissue.

Triad: The triad of symptoms, pain/bleeding/swelling, are signs that you need to see a professional. Please call a General/Family Dentist and make an appointment. Dental infections usually don't self cure.
