Both: If you have a therapist to help you gradually increase the amount of interaction with workplace colleagues, slowly doing so will probably become a part of your treatment! however, it can help to role-play or imagine the interactions first with the therapist.

Try coming up w a plan u can implement now. A cbt expert coach can be a big help!
