Anxiety can cause all the above symptoms including tachycardia. At your age, Heart disease is very rare. You can get an Echo done but it is not urgent. I would advice your to seek help to control your anxiety level. Exercise(daily walking) and breathing exercises can help you to stabilize all your systems.

My bet is the ST depression what the machine reading said. What did the real Dr say. Were leads connected properly is also a question.

If the issue here is whether you have coronary artery disease which caused your symptoms. When evaluating ST depressions on an EKG we see if the morphology is downsloping, upsloping or horizontal. Upsloping is good. An echocardiogram doesn't shed much light about the coronary blood flow, but a maximal treadmill stress echo or regular treadmill stress test do. Coronary disease is rare at age 23.

Night-shift work may alter circadian rhythm which can affect cardiac, respiratory, neurological, endocrine, etc. systems. A consultation with a Sleep MD & a Dentist trained in Sleep Medicine will screen you for Sleep Apnea/Disordered Breathing. A HST (home sleep test) or in lab sleep test (PSG) with MD diagnosis is required. Treatment can be CPAP &/or Oral Appliance Therapy if OSA (Obstructive).
