Doubtful: Most people's cholesterol would rise and potentially clog arteries if this were done every day. Variety and moderation are key with most meal plans, check your cholesterol regularly.

Variety is good: Most americans don't eat the recommended amounts of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Have you tried any whole-grain cereals? They're tasty with fresh fruit. Whole grains have also been shown to decrease the risk of heart disease. Vegetables and fruit have compounds that can decrease the risk of cancer. Processed meat like bacon, on the other hand, has been shown to increase cancer risk.

Not if you.....: Not if you want to be healthy for a long time. For most people, a diet high in saturated animal fat increases the lifetime risk of atherosclerosis (heart attack, stroke, etc.). In addition, cured meats (like bacon, ham, sausage, hot dogs, etc.) have been shown to increase lifetime risk of colon cancer.
