See your Dentist: Bleeding gums is a sign of inflammation. This can be a sign of other problems. I would suggest that you see a dentist and their team to give you needed care which may be something simple that you can easily do at home!

Floss daily!: Try twice daily flossing and careful vibratory gum line focused brushing. Flossing isn't about popping meat. It's about soft plaque/bacteria removal. Carefully glide between contacting teeth then wipe down the contour of the backside of one tooth then wipe up to where the teeth touch, "jump" your gums, then glide down the contour of the other. Bleeding always returns w/o daily flossing!
