No: A normal echo does not rule out cad. Your normal stress test does not rule it out either, but it does make it less likely. I would google framingham.Org, and see your doctor to go over the results with any symptoms you may be having. Did your parents have CAD when they were 50 or younger? Do you smoke? With these answers, your doctor may recommend further investigations.
