Urologist: You may have a structural or neurologic problem causing your difficulty urinating. An evaluation by a urologist is the best way to find out what the problem is.

Get yourself checked: You apparently have a problem IG after drinking lot of water you are unable to pass urine as i understand from your question if that's what is your problem, i will recommend that you get yourself checked by your doctor as it can make you sick.You may have problem with your kidneys etc.
