is going to bathroom on average 8 times a day bad for a female.i drink about 2-4 cups of water a day but on rare days it's 5-6.i don't go at night. ?

Likely ok: While diabetes, urinary tract infections & some other illnesses can cause frequent urination, your urinary patterns sound normal. Vit c & soda can increase urinary frequency as well. If you're having pain, or don't feel like you're fully emptying your bladder, or if you're still concerned, please see your pcp. You do need to try & increase your water intake to about 8 glasses per day.
