Sinusitis: Often, antibiotics are unnecessary in managing sinus infection. Treatment should be accompanied by nasal irrigation with saline (neti-pot), decongestants (pseudoephedrine or oxymetozaline nasal spray), possibly nasal steroids and pain control with nsaids. If these measures do not help, see an ENT doctor. Good luck.
