Comgestion: You should see your doctor for treatment with an appropriate antibiotic, if necessary. There are other combinations of rx like nasal decongestant sprays, oral decongestants, nasal steroids, mucolytics like guaifenesin, ; sometimes oral steroids are necessary to alleviate sinus and eustachian tube congestion. You may need to see an ENT md to help.
