ALTs: Wilson's is an extremely unlikely cause of your alt elevation. It's not a common disease at all and there are so many other reasons to have elevated alt besides that. Diflucan (fluconazole) can cause liver enzyme elevation, although, your #s are not high. 57 is by far the only one abnormal as far as i could tell and that is only by a few points. I would not stop Diflucan (fluconazole) in my patient with these #s but consult.

Lab values: You are quite normal at this time. There are numerous causes for enzyme elevation, most of them hepatic, but some not. Why you would think you have wilson's disease, which is incredibly uncommon, is beyond me, but frankly would not worry anymore since your current level is normal. Good luck.
