Amox-clavulanate: Normal ALT is 8-48. Variations within normal range or barely over it, e.g. your values of 20, 38 and 50 can occur naturally, usually not a concern. However, amoxicillin-clavulanate occasionally causes abnormal liver enzymes. UTI, fluconazole, or progesterone are not likely causes. Discuss with your doctor, who may suggest re-test after off amox-clav. In the meantime, this isn't very worrisome.
