Alt went from 42 (6-29), 57 (9-52), to 28 (6-38) over 3 weeks. no changes in meds except before the 42 - had just stopped diflucan (fluconazole) + flagyl. thoughts?

Do not worry: Your liver enzymes, at their highest, were just above the normal and that could have been due to your medications. If your alt is now 28, that is fine.
