Unlikely : Any medicine can do almost anything in an individual BUT ... elevated ALT indicates your liver is “irritated”. A level of 50 is a trivial elevation. The meds your taking are very unlikely to cause liver irritation but not impossible. Check with your doctor to see if the ALT continues to increase
