High albumin: Have your Albumin rechecked. Dehydration can affect Albumin level by increasing it. Other causes could be tuberculosis, hepatitis and hiv. It can also be seen in congestive heart failure, glucocorticoid excess and congenital disorders. Speak to the physician who ordered the test for more information if you are the patient.
