A member asked:

Y albumin 3.9 and the normal range for albumin is 4.8 at my lab so it mean that globulin level is high so could it be high because multiple meanloma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: You can not tell that you have increased globulin by Albumin alone, you will need a total protein to see that. 18 year olds very very very rarely have myeloma. This Albumin is not so low, check both labs again and stop worrying.
