High phosphorus level is 5.89 .the rest applicable ones are with range-albumin 4.35,creatinine .9, bun 11.2, calcium 9.4. high ph without ckd could be because of diabetes, hypocalcemia, high vit d.,- none appl to me. i take fomatidine 20mgx2. reason?

PO4 level is not commonly checked in routine physical exam in the US unless patient has history of CKD but it could be different in India, I assume. One result does not mean mean much, especially if you have normal kidney function and calcium level. Furthermore, PO4 of 5.9 is only mildly elevated, may be due to from your diet with high PO4 content like milk products and beans on the previous day.

Try reducing meat (proteins ) intake and make sure you drink enough water. Repeat phosphorus in 6-8 weeks. From your description there is nothing seriously wrong. I think you will be fine.
