Can't tell here: White abnormalities ( not just taste buds) should be seen by a dentist or md (perhaps ear, nose, throat doc). Cancer unlikeky at your age. Get examined.

Not sure...: These types of lesions should be physically examined and removed if deemed suspicious. Please consult with a local oral surgeon for further guidance.
