ER: Go to the emergency room. Hopefully they will have a dentist on call -- possibly an oral surgeon or general practice resident. This may be a rapidly advancing infection -- best to have it checked out now. Good luck.

Emergency : This is a possible life threatening condition. I recommend seeing an urgent care (cheaper and faster than the er usually) facility or going to the er. This swelling is very serious and could harm you permanently or cause death. The longer you wait to get properly treated the worse it will be. You may not be taking the correct antibiotic.

See your dentist: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP.
