Back in february, i was experiencing neck pain that radiated up to the back of my head. about mid march, the pain went away. but just a week ago, it came back. dull neck pains, tightness in multiple regions of head, strained eyes, and tingling. ideas?

The tingling may indicate an inflammation of nerves.
Eye strain may be associated with muscular strain resulting in headache. Please see your PCP. If you have had a neck injury or associated weakness, please see the Emergency room. Good posture and physical therapy may be helpful, depending on the underlying cause.
