: The tingling may indicate an inflammation of nerves. Eye strain may be associated with muscular strain resulting in headache. Please see your PCP. If you have had a neck injury or associated weakness, please see the Emergency room. Good posture and physical therapy may be helpful, depending on the underlying cause.
