Osseointegration?: It should heal in one week as far as pain and inflammation goes. However, it takes four to six months for bone to mature for proper occlusal loading. Osseointegration is a process of bone cell migration, adhesion, differentiation, and maturation to establish good bone support around an implant. Soft tissue heals in 14 days, cross linked in 28 days. Hard tissue heals in 4 o 6 months.

3-6 months: Depending on the quality of the bone you can expect it to heal in 3 to 6 months for a restoration to be placed. Hope this helps :)
