YES!!!!: Sounds like an immediate implant. Contact with lower tooth can ruin implant integration. Contact dentist immediately.

May be harmful: If the implant was placed and temporary attached the same day, contact with temp can be problematic as micromovement of implant is greatest source of failure the 1st 3-4 weeks of implant placement. I would avoid all contact with temp until you verify with your doctor.
