Failed Implant?: Good day; Implants are successful and here to stay! Need to find reason for implant failure; reputable companies guarantee implant longevity. If the surgeon does not offer this benefit - find another. Have the area grafted, 3-6 months wait- have another implant placed. Good luck.

OK with caveat: 3 unit bridge that you describe is tried and true solution for problem you describe, especially if abutment teens have already been restored. The other and possibly better solution is to find out why implant failed and see if it can be replaced. See a Oral Surgeon or Periodontist for implant review.

Its a Fixed Bridge: What he has proposed is the standard of care before we had implants. An acceptable alternative if an implant is not a viable option.
