Need exam: I assume u are throwing a baseball . After an elbow injury ( mcl , fx?) that took a year to recover your pitching mechanics may be @ fault.See a good pitching coach/ instructor and have him watch you throw... Core muscle strength is not an uncommon cause of secondary shoulder pain. Of course, rotator cuff issues @ age 37( also biceps anchor/ labrum='slap') may be present. See 'sports' ors !
