Not sure if its a cyst or wrist tendinitis but ive experienced this pain for a few years now. it returns when ive aggravated it with heavy use. pain is now slightly radiating from my wrist to my elbow to my shoulder. ?

Some fits with tendo: This fits more for tendonitis but not up to the shoulder. The elbow can fit so the shoulder may also be related but not directrly. You need to get an evaluation - have your physician send you to a rheumatologist.
